jeno being nct dream’s leader aka team captain — a thread!

first off, jeno’s a really caring person, he always takes care of the members and makes sure they’re well.

he’s always had a sense of responsibility. he also has a lot of leader qualities. he’s always very patient with the other members even if they constantly tease him.

even before ot6 happened, jeno had always supported mark in the leader role, more or less, so him becoming a leader was natural.

chenle said that he wanted to try being an mc, so jeno talked about it with the show’s staff and got chenle to be a special mc for one of the episodes.

during the dream show in november 2019, even though it was probably the most emotional time for both dream and dreamzens jeno was the one who stayed calm and didn’t hesitate to rush to the other members when he noticed they cried and made sure they were well.
