Was going through this article https://hritambhara.com/2020/05/02/in-the-interest-of-history-1/ today.

Now having bemoaned of such things in discussions in the past too, I was immediately struck by this shot of the Jawala Mukhi temple.
Now compare that with this for eg. (Sahastrabahu Temple) :
It's plain as day apparent to anyone that Hindu temple and religious art, their standards have fallen.

And ofc, the question of "Can't" doesn't arise. What is lacking is ofc imagination, intellectual horizons and thinking of those incharge of this stuff.

And guess what? +
Folks like me are not incharge of that stuff.

So that got me thinking ... what can folks like us even do?

And then it struck me ....

For eg., just look at this video :
Or for that matter, this video :

Ofc, people familiar with contemporary gaming understand perfectly well the sheer level of photorealism and intricate detail possible with modern 3D Digital (environment) Art.
Now, I'm in no way suggesting that I'm the first Hindu in the world to run across this idea. But just imagine.

1. You wouldn't need to be the head of a temple building committee or artisan group. Just a high end PC, spare time and interest would do. Show Hindus once +
more what's possible.

2. Also virtual temples and idols anyone ?(that too immune from Buttshikhans, lol) ... now imagine that with VR technology.
Now, adding to this thread :

Particularly you are encouraged to watch 5:28 onwards.

Just imagine my friends, with a little money and artistic inclination, all that we could craft in our own very homes. What temples to our gods we could build and share.
