Youtube Views:
1. Don't delete your history. There has been no evidence that this affect views & in fact, seem very much like bot behavior.
2. Youtube tracks IP so the same IP with 10 different Google accounts watching the same video will probably trigger the algorithm as spam
2.1 If you're out & can connect to other wifi, do so as the service provider will have assigned a different IP than your home one.
3. YT only count a certain # of views from 1 user per day (number isn't disclosed) so getting more unique users streaming is key to increasing views
4. Any tips you learned (i.e. keyword search, Tumbler, etc.) should be used in moderation as the algorithm will update as it learns patterns to filter out certain streaming behaviors
5. Embedded videos that are auto-started are NOT counted
6. Do not spam the comment section with random strings of words and same sentence to increase comments. Leave meaningful comments under the video

Clicking on the recommended videos are actually a good way to let Youtube know you're a human watching so watch those in between
Frozen views are normal. YouTube needs to verify those views are real so DON'T PANIC & don't spam the comment section with questions about why the views are not increasing. Just keep streaming

Sorry I'm not artistically inclined so I can't make pretty info cards. Hope this helps
P.S: I forgot to attach my references but

1. I'm speaking as a software engineer that writes algorithms.
2. My friend works for google and couldn't give me the full tea but these were his recommendations
