how to import songs from a google drive into spotify, a thread:

1. download the songs to a laptop/computer first so they're a local file

2. in spotify, there should be a tab on the left (for laptops/computer version) named local file. open it and you should find the downloaded songs!

3. click on the three dots next to the songs and add to a playlist (or create a new one). they should now be on a local playlist file but *only on your laptop*

4. *if you want the songs to appear on your phone* open the playlist (which shouldn't have any songs in it) and download the playlist on the same wifi. the songs should soon come flooding in!

and that's it! it should show up on your phone even offline now. dm me if you have any questions! :)

also if local files isn't showing up on the tab, go to settings (in the app) and scroll down to local files and pick "show local files" on. then it should pop up!
