Happy May Day My Dudes!!! Today starts my 30 Day Workout Training!!! The goal is to being fit by the end of the month and getting in the habit of working out more. I would like if you guys joined me on this journey (only if you’d like to) so everyday I’ll show my workout routine.
Day two complete!!! Here’s today’s workout.
Day 3 done!!! It’s starting to get a little more intense not gonna lie.
Day 4 was a rest day and today was day 5. We’ve completed the workout now it’s time to get to work!
Day 6 is in the books!!!
One week down!!! I’m so determined to stick with this!!!
Day 8 was a rest day. Just finished day 9 and these planks are so brutal lol.
Holy crap do my abs and arms burn! Day 10 is done my dudes!!!😅😅😅
Day 11 is now completed!!! 3 more days and I’ll be two weeks into this!!!
Day 13 is done and holy frack. I’m so motivated to finish this. I feel freaking amazing!!!
These are starting to get brutal but day 14 is done!!!😅😅😅
Day 15 is done my dudes. Gonna clock in for work, get some breakfast, sleep, then we go live!!! Stay tuned for tonight’s surprise!!!
I freaking hate ab crunches but day 17 is complete!!!
Day 18 is finished.
50secs of planks!!! I’m starting to get used to it a little bit after 19 days.
Before I do today’s workout here’s yesterday’s. Completely forgot to post it.
Just finished day 22 and I’m starting to sweat lmao. These are good signs.
Day 24 is done.
Day 25 has been completed!!! Only 5 more days until I’m done with part one out of 6.
