Happy May Day My Dudes!!! Today starts my 30 Day Workout Training!!! The goal is to being fit by the end of the month and getting in the habit of working out more. I would like if you guys joined me on this journey (only if you’d like to) so everyday I’ll show my workout routine.
Day 13 is done and holy frack. I’m so motivated to finish this. I feel freaking amazing!!!
These are starting to get brutal but day 14 is done!!!




Day 15 is done my dudes. Gonna clock in for work, get some breakfast, sleep, then we go live!!! Stay tuned for tonight’s surprise!!!
I freaking hate ab crunches but day 17 is complete!!!
Day 18 is finished.
50secs of planks!!! I’m starting to get used to it a little bit after 19 days.

Just finished day 22 and I’m starting to sweat lmao. These are good signs.
Day 25 has been completed!!! Only 5 more days until I’m done with part one out of 6.
