Two years ago I did this thing where I painted children's book covers on rocks, and hid them in my local library. I'm going to paint some grown up books this time and hide them once libraries reopen.
First rock finished is Room by @EDonoghueWriter - such a distinctive cover. I will hide it in Marshalswick Library (when it opens) for a reader to find!
I've also painted Outlander by @Writer_DG Diana Gabaldon to hide in the library
Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel book rock
Next finished book rock is The Handmaid's Tale by @MargaretAtwood to be hidden in my library... once it reopens!
Normal People by Sally Rooney. Looking forward to seeing the adaptation soon!

Next book-painted-on-a-rock-to -be-hidden-in-my-library-once-it's -open-again is How To Build A Girl by @caitlinmoran . Luvverly font in this one, tricky to copy. Looking forward to the adaptation!

One Day by David Nicholls @DavidNWriter on a pebble. I've painted this lovely book before, but it was a gift. This one is for the library for someone to find, once it is open again.
The Eyre Affair by @jasperfforde I adore this book. Painting the cover on a stone was a little challenging!

While I had the orange and white paint out, I did a teeny Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen, another classic @PenguinUKBooks cover. Might keep this one.

I feel I should add this Harry Potter set to this thread by @jk_rowling but I don't want to hide it in the library, i would like to use it to raise money for charity but I don't know how.
