My 14 year old baby niece was raped by a married man in her community. This happened in December and she told everyone yesterday. She is pregnant. Cops also say they can& #39;t make an arrest without the DNA of the baby so "they dont arrest an innocent man". He threatened to kill her if she said anything. She& #39;s 14, she& #39;s scared, she& #39;s a baby, this is just too much to handle.. Why can& #39;t anything be done? We& #39;re really not okay.

My niece passed away this morning, still no justice. The man walks free. Please help, I beg you @PresidencyZA @SAPoliceService
