I've decided that whenever there's something that I need to remember I'll write it here so that when I'll feel sad I'll have something like a tutorial to guide me. I'll add them as time goes on and as my brain starts working.

Cry if you need to. Sometimes it's relieving.

Do NOT play minor chord progressions. You'll spend hours playing them and forget to do what you're supposed to do. But, well, if you have some free time just do it.

Don't take a shower while listening to music while you're sad. It's not a pleasant feeling.

Don't ignore your emotions. Allow yourself to feel.

Death's a game over but without a restart button. Remember this.

The universe is scary and beautiful. Don't concentrate too much on it as you might feel lost.

Take a shower that you stink.

Try to be kind and patient.

Maybe if you stay awake long enough you'll survive the night.

Try to sleep, even just a little. The more you stay awake, the less you'll feel good.
