His name is Ulysses Wingo Jr. and he sexually assaulted me at a party. He and I were strictly friends beforehand and I had been in a relationship. He forced himself on me while I was heavily intoxicated and did NOT consent

To go further into detail: This was a close friend of mine’s party at a hotel and other than myself (non-binary) there were mainly females and himself there. Myself and the girls were to stay the night. He grabbed my butt without consent when others were not paying attention...

...and waited until I was going to sleep to try more. Heavily intoxicated I was falling asleep on the floor. It was dark and the other had went to bed, intoxicated too. He forced himself on top of me and pushed his tongue in my mouth.

Unable to fight much, I tried to get him off but unfortunately froze, which was my response to the current and past trauma. He put my hand in his pants and his mouth on my chest, making my nipple bleed. He forced his hands down my shorts as well...

...there was another person sleep in the room and they got up. When they did he got off and went across the room. Shortly after his father, council member Ulysses Wingo Sr, came to pick him up.

Since the assault he asked as if it didn’t happen and goes about everyday life...well this is him
