Ramadan Mubarak. Here’s a picture thread of the meals I make for iftar 💕🌟💜

Day 1: fried rice with grilled potatoes, catfish peppersoup, shredded chicken cauliflower rice and watermelon

Day 2: I made Piña colada and packaged it with upcycled bottles! ♻️♻️

Day 3: Jollof rice, moimoi, chicken, coleslaw salad with an orange-carrot drink 😊
Day 4: toast, sausages & fried eggs for Sahur
Special white rice with chicken gravy, grilled plantain & catfish pepper soup
Drink: sparkling cucumber juice
Day 5: pancakes and watermelon for sahur
Spaghetti with grilled chicken and steamed vegetables, plain plantain kebab, cowleg & intestine pepper soup
Drink: Agua Fresca (watermelon, pineapple and cucumber) 😁
Day 6: ukpeye rice (local jollof) with ponmo in vegetable sauce & okpa
Drink: watermelon juice
Day 7: chocolate pancakes topped with chocolate syrup, jam & cherries with leftover watermelon drink from day 6
Iftar: white rice & beans with Iru stew, spicy sweet potatoes, catfish pepper soup
Drink: Pineapple-Cucumber Juice
Day 8: Soy sauce fried rice, peppered fish, plantain with Assorted Pepper soup
Drink: Date Sweetened Coconut Milk
Extra bowl of Assorted pepper soup from day 8 😊
Day 9: we took a break from cooking and ordered coconut rice and Asun from @ElsKitchen_ng
Homemade: pepper soup ( I understood on this day why everyone avoided the tail of catfish on the table😂😂), plantain and egg with watermelon
Drink: Iced lemon tea
Day 10: sweet potatoe Swallow with okro soup, assorted cow meat pepper soup, fruits (pawpaw/watermelon cut)
Day 11: Jollof rice with beef Kebab, coleslaw, yam balls & a dip, Catfish peppersoup ( forgot to take a picture)
Drink: water🥺
Day 12: White Spaghetti with Chicken gravy, spiced Stir-fry veggies, Crepe chicken wrap, catfish pepper soup
Drink: Zobo
Day 13: Akara & pap, Catfish pepper soup, ukpeye rice (local jollof) with steamed fluted pumpkin leaf (ugwu )
Drink: Watermelon drink
Day 14: fried rice with fish and potatoes, assorted pepper soup
Drink: freshly squeezee Orange juice
Day 15: White rice with vegetable soup and moimoi, catfish peppersoup
Drink: extra Date sweetened coconut milk (this drink causes fight when not enough😂😂😂, I had to portion it evenly to avoid stories that touch)
Day 16: jollof coconut rice with chicken and cabbage sauce, peppersoup
Drink: pineapple-cucumber juice
Day 17: Basmati Yaji rice (I named it myself) with beef gravy & potatoes, catfish peppersoup
Drink: sweet melon juice
Day 18: I forgot to take pictures of the main meal 🙈(jollof Spaghettini with fried fish, cowleg peppersoup)
Drink: grape juice
Puff puff glazed with chocolate syrup & coconut mango smoothie wayy later
Day 19: Fried rice with brokoto, catfish peper soup and some fruits
Drinks: Ribenna (I had 4🥺🥺)
Day 20: White rice, kpanla fish and stew. Watermelon
Day 21: Smoked chicken Pasta, fried plantain, peppered ponmo, assorted peppersoup, mangoes ( favorite fruit)
Deink: 3-in-1 power smoothie
Day 21: the mango (my favorite fruit🥺) with more pictures
Day 22: Ukpeye Rice (local jollof) with chicken in vegetable sauce
Drink: Watermelon-pineapple-cucumber
Day 23: White rice with Smoked chicken stew and plantain, watermelon fruit
Day 24: continental rice with grilled cauliflower and stir-fry veggies, sauced chicken
Extra: donuts with sugar/chocolate syrup/maple syrup
Drink: 3 mini Capri-sun/person (I had one before the photo was taken)😂😂
I tweaked @milktpapi recipe for the cauliflower bbq wings ( https://twitter.com/milktpapi/status/1261040705704570881?s=19) with ingredients I could lay my hands on and I had everyone thinking it was actual chicken😂😂

Day 25: White spaghetti with beef gravy, classic potato pancakes and fruits
Day 26: Jollof rice, hong shao qie zi (Chinese style eggplant), fried plantain & Chicken
Drink: Orange juice

The hong shao qie zi was amazing ( if you want to go on a diet, it should be added to your meal plan)
Day 27: I styled and directed a photoshoot instead of cooking 🙃 (for the greater good)
Day 28: white rice with palm oil stew, beans, vegetable
Drink: Piña colada
(Piña colada doesn't go so well with native seasoning)
Day 29: Smoked chicken Potato porridge, chicken pepper soup (with cauliflower) and fruits
