As you can see from this document, their goal is to increase testing over the next 6 month from 1 mil per week to 3 mil per week up to 30 mil per week. If you've been paying attention to any of this at all then you already know how the testing itself is BS...

Quick vid on the tests. You may be interested to learn that the inventor of the test doesn't believe it should be used to diagnose infectious illnesses. In any event, this is how the tests actually work.... or don't work.

Not sure if this bill is going anywhere as there has been no action since it was introduced.
64 Dems & 1 Rep. cosponsored this bill. The 1 republican withdrew on 5.15.20 which ironically is the same day the next piece of legislation passed the vote of the House.
