Ilupeju is a developed area in Lagos with nice amenities;

Good roads? ✅

Electricity? ✅

Water? Perfect

The houses in Ilupeju might not all be new, they are mostly renovated but with nice fixtures and fittings...👇
...Ilupeju also enjoy close proximity to Ikeja the headquarter of Lagos. The good electricity enjoyed here is due to the industrialization of this neighborhood.

An area with conducive environment, good electricity, good water and all.

The road network in the area is well planned and security is also good.

Ogudu is a suburb in Ojota. It boasts of exotic houses, good road network, functional streetlight and drainage.

The area boasts of economic value, the relaxed ambience of the neighborhood gives it edge over a lot of areas. It has close proximity to the Island...
...and Ikeja.

Ramat Estate and it’s environ is majorly for the rich and high income earners while ori-oke, Ogudu is for the middle income and some high earners.
