Have your child categorize things in a Venn diagram!

They can start with a two circle diagram, and then try one with three or even four circles!

The possibilities are endless as your child can choose whatever categories interest them!

One thing to note: there’s some nuance that often gets lost in popular conceptions of Venn diagrams.
In the two circle diagram in the picture at the top of this thread, the red circle indicates anything with SOME red. This means that the part that overlaps with the black circle has both red and black, while the part on the far left is exclusively red (no black).
Oftentimes, people will call the far left region the “red” part, even though the whole red circle is anything with *some* red. The far left region is the part that is “red with no black”.
