Going to be a thread so I don't have to constantly post tweets individually if I ever get into some argument on here, and that I can just post this thread instead
COMBATING MISINFORMATION:
COMBATING MISINFORMATION:
1) preliminary investigations found no clear evidence of human to human transmission.
Preliminary investigations are not definitive. Results from these sometimes contradict one another. They invite the opportunity for more investigations to take place to find definitive answers

WHO already suspected there was human to human transmission. If ppl actually watched briefings, they would have known about this. Here is a clip by a WHO specialist. They also constantly posted reccomendations & guidelines to keep people informed/updated https://twitter.com/PeterASinger/status/1250564500140539905?s=19
Straight from the Whitehouse talking about preliminary data regarding a different situation.
Preliminary doesn't mean definitive. Please educate yourself on this.

Also from Wuhan "cases of human-to-human transmission has been confirmed". Even China wouldn't have seen the preliminary investigations as definitive.
2) The myth that Taiwan alerts via email to WHO were ignored.
This is the email. If you're not dumb, you'll know this isn't a warning nor an alert. Taiwan told the WHO what the WHO already knew. Taiwan exposed themselves as not being truthful by showing this email.

Also in a WHO briefing, the situation with Taiwan was explaining clearly and concisely by Dr Mike Ryan. Taiwan didn't issue a statement challenging the explanation, because they themselves knew that what the WHO was saying was what actually happened.
Also what they don't tell you is that the reason we can even test for the virus is because China sequenced the genome and shared it with the world. Without testing, this pandemic would've been alot worse.
Scapegoats:
Countries who failed in their response will try to find a scapegoat to pin the blame onto. By doing so, they convince their cult followers that their failed response was down to others. Therefore deflecting the blame from themselves onto others.

Ppl say other countries lie when our own western media don't tell us the truth either. They'll twist words, twist stories, or they will even just avoid reporting it (such as China sequencing the virus, sharing the data, shipping PPE everywhere, sending experts/docs everywhere)
Attaching this thread too because I already know dumbass people will say "WHO lied with their statement about antibodies and immunity". https://twitter.com/JenBandicoot/status/1254037831049080837?s=19
