Urgh I’m so annoyed! Was walking home with Kelly & went to cross the road except there was a car parked right over the dropped kerb & tactile paving. Told the person they were talking to that it’s dangerous for me & wheelchair users! Then had to unsafely cross over. As couldn’t

hear any oncoming traffic. Luckily there was none & we were okay. They literally did not care! Then just been told being VI or deaf does not define me, but what I do & my inside. I hate people told that my disabilities, mental illnesses etc don’t define me. Of course they do &

that’s perfectly okay. They are a part of who I am, what I’ve been through & how I’ve gained a lot of my inner strength.
