You may or may not know, but one of the gifts of my life is working with the lovely Benedictines that are behind the "online monastery" - translating monastic wisdom for contemporary seekers, https://www.monasteriesoftheheart.org .
Here's a thread with the latest writings from the site.

There are three regularly updated blogs, the first is Old Monk, written by our favorite old monk, Mary Lou Kownacki. Her journal entry this week spans from 1984 to now, ft. reflections on peace and friendship, death and what we live for: https://www.monasteriesoftheheart.org/old-monk%27s-journal/journal-entry-228
Then there's Jacqueline's "Little Blog for Beginners" - who is documenting as she moved through discernment and is now in postulancy with the community. Her thoughts on the small and profound ways sisters get to know each other, esp during the pandemic: https://www.monasteriesoftheheart.org/little-blog-beginners/some-thoughts-inside
Lastly, "Monks in our Midst," a regular column with many contributors - monks from the past, and monks from our own world. Right now, a beautiful piece by @olivalejandra_ on Julian of Norwich and social distancing is up - https://www.monasteriesoftheheart.org/monks-our-midst/alejandra-oliva-julian-norwich-and-social-distancing
Finally, during this time of physical isolation & longing for connection, we re-opened an e-course on community that we facilitated last summer - with new questions about community in the time of COVID. It's free and open to members, and membership to the site is free! Check it.
