I& #39;m sure Ireland& #39;s media is not unique in this, but when RTÉ or Virgin Media producers contact people to ask them to contribute to a programme in a subject they have no expertise in, how hard is it to say, "No, perhaps you should contact somebody more qualified in the matter?"
