County Committee (which I'm on) & State Cmte are where decisions of the Brooklyn Democratic Party get made. Judicial seats, control of the Board of Elections, noms for State Legislators in special elections -- major shit happens. State law assigns the Cmte seats as male & female.

Last week, the Brooklyn Board of Elections (among other scurrilous moves) denied 6 people the right to run for County Committee because their genders don't tick that binary box. The candidates took their case to court on Thursday and we're waiting to hear. Please help now! By:
