this is cookie, and she’s the very first dog we’ve ever gotten. the eldest, the og, and the mom of three more puppies you’ll get to know more about in this thread later on. she’s a pure shih tzu who barks funnily and finds it hard to jump onto, over, and off of things. +
sleeps 24/7 and is a complete lazyass, and often needs help going down the stairs or in getting places.
this is rocky, our second dog. he’s a pekingese and he belongs to my aunt and uncle. he’s blind as shit and barks at things (not just people) he has trouble recognising from a distance. he’s also solely responsible for cookie’s two (2) pregnancies.
this is joe, the first half of cookie’s first set of twins. he’s the cutest, softest, and sweetest baby boy ever and every time i bring him into my arms, he automatically lies down (picture a mother carrying a newborn, that’s how joe likes to position himself). he does the same +
thing when i crouch down onto the floor; he lies down on his back and looks at you as if he wants you to rub his tummy right away. he hardly ever barks, never bites, and is really affectionate, even around new faces. wanna win his heart? just pet him gently and he’s all yours.
this is jack, joe’s meaner twin. unlike joe, he barks, especially when you try to touch his food and he bites when you try to pet him in certain areas. i’m sure he means no harm, though (read: i try to not get in his way as best as i can, but i love him just the same). he’s +
very protective over his brother, which i find incredibly endearing.
this is chichi, cookie and rocky’s daughter. cookie originally gave birth to triplets the second time around (all female and black and white, too, unlike joe and jack, who are both male and white and brown), but two of them died so she grew up with her two older brothers +
instead. she’s very playful and enjoys heading out.
this is sugar, and she’s my grandmother’s maltese. she’s the smallest and lightest of the bunch, but is also one of the sweetest and one of the most playful. she barks a lot, but only if she’s never met you before. she likes it when you rub her tummy and would give you kisses +
if you asked (just pucker your lips and she’ll get the hint).
finally, we have coco. he’s my special baby because he was gifted to me by my parents when i was going through a really rough period of time. he’s a bichon frise and is easily the most energetic out of them all, but that’s because he’s only a little over a year old. +
unfortunately, we had to give him away, since he was hurting all the other dogs when he wanted to play with them. he means no harm, but he’s very frivolous and naughty. because of it, he had to be tied up, which we hate doing, so in the end, we just decided to give him to +
someone we personally know and can take good care of him. only god knows how much i miss him. he was the sweetest baby ever. gave the best kind of comfort just by being his playful and cheery self. wish i took more photos when i had the chance, but here are some of my favourites.
