Nowadays my main activity shifted towards taking care of the physical, mental & psychological wellbeing of myself & my family.
I work slightly less & I cut some useless activities (like too much news).
My day after almost 2 months of lockdown, looks more or less like this:

- I try to wake up before others so I can meditate, drink a coffee, read, work, prepare the breakfast for A. & coffee for G.
- we enjoy time together
- HIIT workout
- we try to work until lunch
- we break the fast while staying in ketosis with a good lunch (plus supplements)

- while Amanda takes a nap, we stay on the balcony to take some sun and we work again and read from there. I started recently taking a walk around my building for 10/30 minutes.
- then I& #39;ll try to work again but basically I play with Amanda until dinner :)

- we videocall my parents (who are in their 80s) every day, they& #39;re paying the higher toll being so much isolated from the rest of the family
- time for keto dinner and then Amanda goes to sleep

- I try to tidy during the day, so we need only 2 hours a week to fully clean
- I tend to concentrate shopping (I order food from a farm plus on Amazon) & errands only 1 day a week for max 2 hours
- Sunday is cheat day

I started to collect & read books & articles about any kind of topics: currently I& #39;m in love with survival skills & mental models.
Also I try to some activities I love without any pressure or plan just to relax: coloring, playing the piano and singing, taking an hot bath...
