We believe that children are human beings, and that as human beings they have rights, and that one of those rights is the right to an education.

Schools must meet that minimum standard - and it's Ofsted's job to ensure that, at the very minimum, they do at least this.
The quality of one's education shouldn't be decided by where you live or the religion of your parents or teachers. Education should equip every child to go out into the world and decide, as adults, what they want to do and who they want to be. Society must not decide it for them.
