Do you think coronavirus and the resulting shutdown would have been dealt with better if Hillary was President?

I think if Hillary was President:
We would have martial law
She would postpone elections to ensure her own power, or only mail voting that is rigged for Left
The economy would probably be the same, at least for now, since the economic fallout is beyond power of Presidency anyway
