Month's ago I was in a club with a friend. We had a Hubbly.

Two ladies came to our table and asked to smoke the hubby. We gave them.
The other lady sat on my lap. We started having a conversation.

She told me she's a student staying at res. She drinks only Henesy nothing cheap I smiled.
After a few minutes her drink was running out so she asked if I could buy the Henesy for her. At that time she's sitting on my lap.

I was honest as usual I said "No I don't afford Henesy actually I don't afford you "
She gave me that look and said she loves my honesty.
When I said I don't afford her I could see the pride in her feeling like she the Eish!!

A few weeks later a lady contacted me she told me that she has an Electrical company and has some equipment that she's not using that I might use in my mine.
So we arranged a meeting with this lady at Avani. She arrived in a convertible BMW I don't know which model.

We sat down and had a chat the lady has a house in Kleine Kuppe and owns multiple businesses.

So I could now see that these are levels.
She orderd expensive Champagne the bill was N$ 1 800.00 I paid the bill without having any problems because our meeting had gone well also.
Now ask yourself this question?
Why did I refuse to buy a bottle of Henesy for the lady who sat on my lap but bought Champagne for the business lady?
It's simple.

1. I'm not stingy.

I understand people have levels but if your a student in most cases your monthly allowance is N$ 1 500 so how do you expect me to buy you something that you can't even afford to buy yourself.
2. The business women is used to the champagne she was actually buying it herself I decided to take over the bill. So actually she affords it.

It's her standard.
You can't have standard's that depend on other people's money. If you going to have standard's must be standard's you can meet yourself.

3. For me the N$ 1 800 was also an investment because we were talking business.
4. I'm not stingy like I said, but sometimes I want to understand the logic before I spend my money. Why must I meet the standard's that you cannot even meet yourself.

This is not my story, this is our story.
