Particularly in terms of job losses, organisations, companies, & establishments would want to bounce back ASAP. The implication is that they will be more interested in people who are able to solve problems and create new opportunities for their resurrection. 2/7
So, how do we develop problem-solving skills to our advantage post-coronavirus? Start by identifying the specific problem(s) an organisation or establishment may attempt to resolve and logically present how your skill set can assist in solving the problems.​ 3/7
To do this effectively, you also must understand the interest of the establishment and align your problem-solving skills accordingly. This assists in understanding their needs and in turn informs your solution-based approach. 4/7
Develop your possible solutions and identify the most effective options. Do this by noting the positives and negatives associated with each of the solutions. Analyse the risks and benefits carefully. 5/7
