hello idk who needs this but uhm if u ever want to make churros at home u only need three things for the dough and ofc chocolate to melt

so here it is:
INGRIDIENTS:

-1 cup of water
-2 tbsp of butter but if u dont have that u can substitute it w oil its both fat and u dont need to get all fancy anyway ur at home BUT IF U USE OIL instead of 2tbsp its gonna be 1 and A HALF tbsp
-2tbsp of sugar
stEps:

1. put all that in a pan, stove on HIGH heat, stir it until it gets into a BOIL. so that it all incorporates 2gether.

wag kang bobo if its clear na the sugar has dissolved ok na patayin mo na dont let it sit there pa patayin mo na yung kalan dumb fuck
2. add the flour, u can sift it o baka di niyo alam eto picture ng sifting. pero again wala namang may pake so add mo, mix well. same na dun na sa pan wag ka fucking aksaya sa lalagyan kasi u will clean after urself. make sure na its all mixed up alam mo na yun.
3. ngayon thats gonna be hot kung di mo kaya ihandle let it sit for a few let it cool a little tapos tsaka mo na imasa. ngayon kung may piping bag kayo edi wow pero kung wala ok lang its like clay just shape it however u like it walang may pake
pero i suggest na if ure gonna make it a classic churro yung mahaba, medyo nipisan para maluto hanggang loob kasi lahat kayo ulol at wala kayong pasensya
4. o prito. iba kasi sainyo HIGH HEAT lang ang alam sa kalan kaya nagagago yung niluluto niyo prito na nga lang tanga pa. sige so medium heat gets niyo ba, heat the pan muna bago lagay yung oil, paglagay mo naman nung oil ull know its ready pag winisikan mo water and +
the oil makes a loud noise. HINDI YUNG O.A na noise basta yung tama lang, meaning ready na. tsaka mo isalang yung dough. o patiently wait for it to turn into golden brown kasi ibig sabihin luto na.
5. tapos hanguin mo na, let it cool for some time tsaka mo i-roll sa sugar or sugar-cinnamon mixture. again walang may pake at the end of the day ilalabas mo rin naman.

o tapos yung chocolate siguro naman marunong kayo nung double boiler na pagmemelt
