New sign-ups on @frontendmentor seem to have hit its first real inflection point 
Since launching the platform a year ago I've focused on gradual growth and product refinement over rapid growth. Nice to see a little spike though!

The major reason behind the spike is "launching" on Product Hunt in March. It was a successful, although not stratospheric, launch, and FEM finished 3rd in the Product of the Day leaderboard. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/frontend-mentor
I don't know if this is a result of the PH launch but Chris Coyier came across the site and featured it in a CSS Tricks article.

There has been a rise in people streaming themselves completing FEM challenges to help their audience learn from their coding techniques.

The FEM community are extremely supportive and continually recommend the site to others

I'll continue to focus on refining the platform and talking to the community over excessive promotion. If the platform is doing its job well it will continue to grow.
But this is definitely a good nudge to also spend more time on getting the word out about FEM!
