No movement, and I can feel hard blockage in there.

I'm going to call the surgeon in the morning, but I'm worried about the usual fatphobic assumptions--like he's just too lazy to push. And seeking an urgent care clinic feels terrifying right now with covid going on; I don't want him exposed to germs.
