Letter of Complaint for Collective Sexual Harassment of Mr. Fernando Domagsang
I,___________________, 18 years of age, a Grade 12 student of Central Mindanao University, Musuan, Maramag, Bukidnon hereinafter called the complainant against Professor Fernando Domagsang for sexual assault hereby depose and say:
That sometime in the month of October 2018, while inside the classroom and after I have delivered my speech in Oral Communication, Professor Fernando Domagsang grabbed my right hand and kissed it against my will.
The second time he made a sexual assault upon my person as a young lady was after our group presentation for the same subject mentioned above. He held my chin and with the use of a little bit force, he was able to make it very close to his mouth.
I am executing this affidavit of complaint to attest to the foregoing facts and to charge Fernando Domagsang for sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness under the revised penal code or any other pertinent laws on the matter.

P.S. I feel horrible hiding anonymously for fear that the offender would do great harm and everything I posted here might be used against me academically where in fact all I want is justice not just for me but also for all his victims as well.
