"These people have one day ration with them. They are in a desperate situation. Why can't the people who have tested negative go to their respective homes? I don't understand.

Court says some States are taking steps.

"There were some reports earlier that certain states were trying to bring back their people, but that has really not happened"

There are reports by the Hindu which say that 96% of them (migrant workers) are not getting wages, they have very less food, Bhushan.

The Govt is not enforcing the fundamental rights of the people and I am pleading to this Court to enforce their fundamental rights: Bhushan.
