In the event of recent crash in oil prices, Nigeria can emulate countries like Egypt, Greece etc & accelerate economic development through tourism.

Nigeria itself is a work of art; but the leaders have distorted the picture.

Thread.
Tourism is one of the world's largest & fastest growing economic sector.

Countries exist that thrive just on this sector, bringing sustainable development to the area.

Nigeria has huge potentials in many sectors, tourism being just one of it.
In all honesty, we are just wasting our ecotourism potentials.

Billions of $$$ sitting untapped.

Millions of jobs that could have been created.

This industry alone could tackle a great % of our insecurity, unemployment & national integration issues.
These pictures are not all the naturally existing phenomenon that Nigeria has. Just a glimpse.

Imagine the sub industries this could create?
Nigeria is one of the world's most naturally beautiful country - I think the world is, but unfortunately Nigeria & its leaders have neglected it's own beauty.
This thread doesn't do justice to all of the beauty Nigeria possess, but I know you get where I'm going with this.
