I mentioned a sort of story with my last tweet. Here's the deal. There's a witch (not me). No one, or at least almost no one, likes them. That's pretty much the entire premise. Why do I think that's interesting enough to be a story? Because I'm more focused on the storytelling.
I'll be telling the story across twitch, twitter, and discord, in the forms of visuals on twitch, channel names and descriptions on discord, and tweets here. That probably sounds ludicrous to you. It does to me. I think it's worth trying, at the very least it'll be fun.
This sort of storytelling mechanism, combined with the specifics of my story mean I don't really get the advantage of writing the story beforehand and iterating on it with drafts like you do with a book. I'll expand on that more in a bit.
As for the story itself, there are very few facts about the story so far, and I heavily encourage people read, look at, and interpret what I present and share those interpretations on my discord ( https://discord.gg/RMkT5GF ). Because of this, everything is done as it comes to me.
So what are these very few facts?

1) There is a witch. I am not the witch. I'm not telling you what a witch is.
2) Very few to no people like the witch. At least, not yet.
3) There will be metaphors.
4) There will be false information.
5) I will never commit to a setting.
I'd like to go over points 1 and 5.

For point 1, when I say witch, that might be a metaphor. Maybe it's not, maybe I'm talking about a literal witch. I want YOU to think about that one. That's the entire point of this format. I'm not telling this story alone.
For point 5, I try to deliberately include elements of settings that contradict one another. Why is there a junkyard in the forest? Who put concrete here? Is this a forest or is it just a metaphor? Or is the junkyard an illusion created by the witch? The answer's up to you.
I'm trying to experiment a bit with this, because I have free time, and I can, and hopefully if this gets attention and people have questions, this thread answers those questions. If there are more questions, feel free to ask.
