EXO as most privileged group

1. EXO members had to go through a hard training, there were 120 trainees in the running for EXO. Of those 100 were chosen, then 60 were selected then only 24 were chosen. Finally 12 best member were selected out of 120 to debut in EXO.

When EXO debut in 2012, they got lots of hate. EXO got hate since the first day they were introduced to kpop industry. People used to called EXO as "SM's biggest failure" because EXO did not reach that "SM expectation". And people said EXO is a huge mistake.

During EXO's first fansign in 2012, only 18 people attend their fansign. During debut days, EXO members used to fight because of food. Since they didn't had much money that time it was hard for them to buy tasty foods.
EXO used to get paid with bags of rice instead of money.

After their first comeback, people criticised them and after that SM stopped promoting them and locked them in dungeon for almost a year after their debut. That time the members faced tremendous pressure and went through bouts of uncertainty, not knowing what would happen next.
