Trolls, are they your target market? 👻

Trust us when we say we’ve had to deal with trolls before. Although social media is an incredibly powerful tool and brings out the absolute best of us, it allows really nasty individuals to have a louder voice too.
We want to say right now - if anyone is struggling with this, our private messages are always open to support you. 🖤
Aside from ignoring, killing with kindness, pitying them and showing them empathy - in terms of business, if you’re getting trolls target your accounts ask yourself this question: ‘are these trolls my target market?’.
Most of the time they’re not, so you needn’t worry about their comments. If your target market enjoys your content and spends money with you, that’s all that matters.
If they are your target market, try your very best to take their words with a pinch of salt and extract the constructive sections to help you improve your products and services.
Sometimes dropping them a polite DM, asking them for further feedback to show that you care, often changes their harsh words in the future.
Lastly, you could also argue that the WORST type of content is indifferent, this never attracts trolls. You should always make readers feel something - happiness, intrigue, anger... bringing out emotion in people is the key to driving engagement and further action.
