I have a question for ARMYs with medical background.
After surgery at the hospital, we were asked to have a walk for 15~20 minutes whenever there was fever.
When we did that, the body temperature instantly dropped.
How is this so? Doesn't the body temperature rise when you move?

When you have fever, you're usually asked to rest in bed, right?
But the nurse said "don't stay in bed too long but move around & walk".
It would rise up to 38°C staying in bed but after a walk for 15 mins, it would drop to 36.6~37°C.
I was pretty amazed by the instant effect.
