The other actor, the more prominent Nasser al-Qasabi, rebukes him for that (which was actually a key talking point by the Saudi government bots & online campaigns for years), but also stops short of attacking Israel: “We’re with doing things right, not with this one it that one.”

Both shows appear on Saudi-owned MBC. Lots of interesting things happening, but eclipsed by the ongoing pandemic.

The Kuwaiti actress doing the role of Umm Haroun (the Mother of Aaron). Those attacking it say it’s doing Israeli propaganda about the establishment of a Jewish state etc.

Certainly unprecedented stuff.
