Nahhhhh I’m actually laughing. I’m so sorry, no offence to my friends, but y’all cannot ignore the fact that there was a stigma around being African that was created and perpetuated by YOU. Now it’s on trend to “find your roots” but you were neglecting it how many years ago

Growing up in Toronto, this type of behaviour was especially pertinent. Caribbeans were the SOLE enforcers for mocking our accents, making “clik clak” noises every chance they had and heavily endorsing the negative stereotypes that plagued Africa’s image. But you’re the victim???
LOOOOOOL I won’t even continue cause I don’t want to get disrespectful. I got nuff love for my Caribbean friends and followers. But this is not the hill you want to die on
