Collectively, along w/ the totality of evidence since #COVID19 hit, the risk for healthy, young people, while lower than the aged, is FAR from zero and cannot be predicted. Moving "low risk" reentry forward, w/o vast testing & tight surveillance, will lead to substantial deaths
A very good case for opening colleges in the Fall, WITH the right testing, tracing infrastructure (that doesn't exist now in the US), masks, and all the appropriate steps
