IMO: Way too soon for guys like Acuña or Soto. Scherzer is pretty much a lock at this point. One of my favorite answers to this question, which many of you have said: Simmons.
The more that I think about it, the more I think Manny Machado is a pretty good pick here, too. He's 27, already has 1,200 hits and 207 HR, and is signed through 2028, meaning he'll play *at least* another nine seasons.
