B’s character portrayal is that he’s ready to sacrifice anyone for the greater good, his causes have always been first for him, save for his daughter which adds complexity to his character. It’s unsurprising to me he prioritizes his causes over saving A.
This is who he is and does not pose as anything else, which contrasts to T’s portrayal and her constant moral angst, which leads her to poor decision-making on the spot and flipping in between her ideals and self-interest.
Setting our moral high horses aside and the argument that C didn’t need E’s green light, it also goes without saying with the convo that once E let’s C save A (which is basically a bond of trust formed there) is a turnover of responsibility and care for A, from E to C.
What needed to happen in the initial convo with A’s mom is have those other 2 back C up.
Also how would one feel when those around you (with one supposedly being your friend) are unanimously against your cause and vehement in altering your views on the issue
