@Centrelink so here is my call list trying to get through but all operators are busy and it takes 6.5 minutes to get to even ask for an operator. I'm in isolation for medical reasons. How am I supposed to organise appointment changes if I can't get through?
When I sign in to mygov it tells me I have no mutual obligations at this time and am not required to do them. Then there is a letter saying to come in for a meeting. I have a cert, which I have uploaded, from my GI saying I'm to Isolate until further notice.
So I need to know, do we do this appointment over the phone, which I'm happy to do, or do we reschedule for a later date. If I try to reschedule it only allows me to reschedule on three days either side of original date, which isn't possible for me.
If I can't get to the appointment, due to isolation, and can't speak to an operator to organise other means what am I supposed to do? Please advise or fix the issues.
