Police thrashed a #CRPF COBRA commando for not wearing a mask and arrested him in #Belagavi district.Karnataka. what ever may be the reason @CMofKarnataka please release him asap because we should respect his service to the country. Its our duty.

Video clearly shows #CRPF commando pushed the police Constable only after they hit him with lathi. Trashing him for not wearing a mask was also a crime. @DgpKarnataka please intervene. We all want him to be released. We don't want to see a commando in jail.

MLC Shrikante Gowda and his son arrested in Mandya got bail. But CRPF commando is in jail. Law is same for all but not the result. Both cases have similar IPC sections. police would have handcuffed MLC and son instead of handcuffing a #CRPF COBRA commando.

How can #Police handcuff and chain a #CRPF commando for a small crime. Why our police behave like this? @DgpKarnataka don't u feel that we are dishonoring his service to the country? He serves the country in most dangerous places. But what we r giving him?
