Age is a number. There is room AND time on this planet for your success https://twitter.com/truestorydesu/status/1254263714259169280
Success means something different to everyone. I know some days are harder than others, but please don’t feel discouraged because of arbitrary competitive brackets designed by out of touch magazines. Keep doing what you’re doing.

It's hard not to compare ourselves to successful peers or idols, but is what they're doing what YOU want to do?

So much of my 20s was trying to de-tangle that. In some ways, I still am.

All of this takes TIME to figure out.
That being said, I also think every industry should be mindful about ageism and how that affects structure, company culture, and hiring processes.
I know I talk about this once a year but man I made so many dumb mistakes and overthought so many dumb things when I was younger, if I can save someone else from the trouble and anxiety, then it would have been worth the repeat tweet.
