Should a #UBI go to people who are currently incarcerated?

My thoughts: Probably yes.
a) There shouldn't be a government profit/savings in keeping people incarcerated
b) Inmates have the right to save for a future time / may want to send their UBI for their families
c) very immoral to send inmate UBI to pay private prisons
