wish i could delete erything in my stupid adhd brain start over fresh and properly teach myself how to study

this is just so frustrating i know im not dumb and if i genuinely knew how to make myself study i could do really good in school and actually enjoy my major but hahah nope my brain fucking hates me

seeing other people enjoy studying gives me pain why can't i just be like that why do i only learn surface level information about the things that i find interesting and then immediately give up
