From Toronto’s talent pool alone, y’all couldn’t get Jessie Reyez, The Weeknd, Majid Jordan, Daniel Caesar, etc - successful Canadian artists that are recognized at a global level??

Sandra Oh, Simu Liu, Lilly Singh were’nt available for a lil comment????

I hope I’m wrong and these artists were in fact reached out to lol

Also super not trying to detract from the greater message of this program which i 1000% stand behind, I’m just tryna point out systemic features of CDN culture/society that continue to affect poc everyday
