not only am I watching Se7en for the first time but I am appalled that there aren't more outraged-librarian-takes about it online.

I know it came out in '95 and oldest-running library blogs like @jessamyn's are circa '99, but like... not even anything in LJ back issues? nobody with a geocities? was there ever really a time when we weren't "well actually"ing the media about ourselves?
