The unexpected sequelae of this virus (inter alia, clotting problems, kidney failure, emerging info about inflammatory response in young children) show that the "herd immunity" strategy was a Light Brigade-level blunder. Not enough was known (still isn't) to make that decision.

The biggest problem of all with it as a strategy - and IT WAS A STRATEGY despite their attempts at pos hoc gaslighting to the contrary - is that there is no evidence of lasting immunity from C-19. The architects of this strategy need to account for themselves in a public forum.

The exact thinking behind "the science" they claimed to be following, including modelling and the data it was based on, needs to be published and subjected to scrutiny. The chain of decision-making that followed needs to be made clear, including who made those decisions and when.
