Serious Q. Imagine this scenario:
Trump loses the Nov election in a close vote. He:
-declares the election to be fraudulent and invalid.
-uses emergency powers to shut down Congress.
-adds 2 RW justices to SCOTUS.
-suspends the Constitution.
-declares Martial Law.
Who stops him?

I really mean this to be a serious risk. Is there anyone who is certain that Trump wouldn't do this, while he still has a GOP majority in the Senate? With Congress being shut down, he could legally add SCOTUS justices without being confirmed by the Senate. #25thAmendmentNOW.
