Even churches that don’t formally ordain women do well to hear and heed the voices of women at their leadership meetings.

Some ways to honor the voices of women (in churches that don’t ordain them.)
1. Appoint women to ALL non-ordained positions wherever possible
2. Publicly honor godly women as *equally* gifted & wise as godly men
3. Publicly invite women to attend & speak into leadership meetings

4. Train & appoint women to leadership roles on committees on local, regional, and national church levels
5. Equip women for service on the mission field, denominational service, colleges/universities, seminaries

6. Strategically affirm and encourage women to use their wisdom and gifts in the church.
7. Listen and support godly women who share biblical wisdom. Read their commentaries, articles, tweets, podcasts
8. Publicly stand with women who are oppressed & maligned for their ministry.
