Unlike for Zuckuss, Hasbro released 4-LOM on a modern Kenner card, WITH the correct name this time! He was one of the early releases in the launch of the VC. Like most VC figures, 4-LOM has 14 POA, and can easily stand on his own.
His only accessory is a large blaster rifle, similar to one Stormtroopers use (in ANH when Han & Luke take Chewie to the detention block). He is best posed out of the card using it like a staff. Getting a 2 hand grip is next to impossible, sadly.
From a sculpting standpoint, Hasbro did an excellent job! He has a good range of articulation for using a body designed for a protocol droid. The head sculpt is amazing, and is on a ball joint so it has great movement.
The paint job, however is not entirely screen accurate. I don't blame Hasbro for this, as different photos show light hitting 4-LOM at different angles. For the record, the 6 inch Black Series version appears to be more screen accurate, IMO.
On the secondary market, 4-LOM runs $25-$40 on card, and $10-$21 loose, making him easily affordable if you want/need him in your collection.
I would highly recommend getting this figure, as he is: 1. A bounty hunter & 2. Part of a pivotal scene. Plus he's the partner of Zuckuss, so if you have him, you need 4-LOM, who won't break your bank. End thread.
